Upon first entering the field I was surprised with how many people would contact me and not fully understand their current insurance policies. I found that many people purchased insurance based on a pure suggestion from their current agent, but had no idea what they purchased. That was frightening to me, but because I wasn’t an agent at that time I had very limited contact to reach out to customers who I felt really needed it.
